Hi julicorn, thanks for adding the above :). Unfortunately it's gone into April not March, as I noticed when I went to admire it. :D Would you be able to move it back please? So I can fill April's slot and have a nice line of numbers... thanks!

Whoops, my apologies - that's all fixed up now :)

Thanks! Will try to be more timely with it in the future and save you having to guess where it goes. And thanks again for all your hard work julicorn :)

    Hi All,

I've been terrible at logging in to post but thought I would update.

Overpayments (payments into offset) from start year until now

    Jan £1300
    Feb £1065.76
    March £4134.80
    April £1000

I calculate that takes us to £7504.48 for the year to date. I think my target was £8100 so should hit that. Thankfully we came into a bit of money in March (early wedding present) so that's been helpful. As we've had a bit of a head start i'm going to change our overall target for the year to £15000.

We've also put in another £7k in March but we're not counting that in the overall figures because that's 'spent' money that we will need to draw down later in the year to pay for our wedding but figured it might as well sit in the offset to reduce interest until then.

Total in offset £26448.56 (+7 short term) v Oustanding mortgage balance £81056.20 - calculate us to be 30% of the way there.

    Sept 2016 £104,800

To save another post in just a couple of days, could you please also log £50 for May? (this OP is included in my monthly direct debit on 1st of each month) - I will update towards the end of the month

    Thanks julicorn :T

My April overpayment is £285.08 please Julicorn. That's a £500 capital reduction this month and I'm hoping I'm back on track for the rest of the year after a couple of months not quite reaching my monthly target.
    Happy saving everyone.

    Wish.
