#106 here reporting an early August payment of £2,601. This is, for me, a rather exciting moment as it brings the total amount owed just into 5 figures with £21,339 paid down since the start of this challenge. The spreadsheet now indicates 49 months until it should reach a zero balance with (only) 26 months to go until the balance is fully offset against emergency cash savings. As the MFW 2019 target is now reached, I would like to increase it again to £28,000. Today is a good day! Thanks,
August total: £2,601

Morning All
How briliant to see lots of challengers changing their goals because of brilliant dedication, reaching milestones or getting towards the end of the MF journey, it's a huge motivation for us all to see. :money:
#45 here checking in with my usual little amount to remove the cheeky odd numbers when the interest is added, so £20.43 today to kick us off for August.
I'll be back with my usual mid-month update when the normal payment and OPs go over.
Keep up the good work everyone and a huge thank you to julicorn for the consistent updates on the spreadsheet.

#95 reporting an August OP of £50.
Hoping that a small increase might be possible from next month, eeek we shall see. Finances are super tight at the moment with work ongoing on the house, and a baby due in a matter of days. Must keep reminding myself that every little thrown at the mortgage really does help.2021 MFW #130. Target: £300/£25000 -
