    That's interesting Bubbs, I always thought the sauce on the tinned spaghetti and beans was the same recipe but perhaps not! Weird with the rice. Any idea why you have problems with it?

    Kathryn you're right beans without sauce would be absolutely awful and even worse trying to eat them on a dry jacket potato! It seems that different people doing the same course are being told different things - doesn't give you much faith in the courses does it?

    Because its carbs , thats why i have cauli rice. Diabetics shouldnt eat many carbs, grapes , bananas not good either

    Thank you for the motivational catch up read, I fell off the tracks last week, and had the lurgy on my weigh in day, so missed it.

    Back from a few days away. Back on it today, sort off

    B shreddies and almond milk

    L soda bread :eek: fish pate :eek: small pork pie :eek: sliver of cheese :eek: all left overs from weekend away. tomatoes

    s - SW toffee bar, orange, apple

    D basque chicken from the SW take 5 book, carrots and potatoes , Alpro yogurt

    I've never got the veg in a recipe don't count bit either though I know the woman in my class who seems to live on speed food has lost a load of weight so perhaps that's why I haven't been a fast loser lol.

    Had my beef stew tonight after walking the dog/running so I'm taking today as a positive.
