You really need to show this when you post your menu plan for the day otherwise you'll end up being asked where your Speed foods are! According to SW the veg in your cooking doesn't actually count toward your 1/3 (can't say I agree). The 1/3 should actually be separate on your plate.

I knew I'd had a good week last week but not sure this week will be as good, struggling to exercise - just can't seem to find the time.
Today's food:
B - Porridge made with milk and fruit HEA & B
L - SW Onion Bhaji and SW Salt & Chilli Chicken with boiled rice
D - Stewed Sausage & veg - 4 syns
Snack - HiFi bar - 3 synsYou can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

Well terrible weekend for me, if it wasnt nailed down I ate it :eek:

I know I need to get my head back in the game, however next week it's my birthday and dd will be making a cake as she loves a reason to bake, as I'm working it will most likely be a takeaway too!

Weigh in for me tonight and reckon I am in for another gain. Need to get some control.
Today's plan :
Breakfast - porridge and fruit
Lunch - fajita chicken, rice and salad
Dinner - smoky cauliflower cheese soup
Snacks - sf jelly, yogurt, fruit
HA - milk and cheese
HB - oats
Syns - jelly (0.5), yogurt (1), soup (1)Zebras rock0 -
Morning I am having weetabix and a pear. Not sure for lunch but chops veg an potatoes for tea0
