Sorry to hear that Bubbs but there's no difference to any other Bonus card now. The 10% discount and the double bonus on topping up savings on it have now been discontinued. They finished yesterday.

  • Hi again everyone! Thanks for accepting me into the challenge.

I need to lose about 3 stone to get to a weight I'm really happy with. Although I'm a stone lighter than I was this time last year, I haven't really got motivated enough to do it properly. I'm a complete sugar addict and find the only way to cut down is to actually cut it out completely. I've been doing well with this the last couple of weeks and was able to resist chocolate cake and cookies today without any trouble at all!

    Today's food diary:
    B/fast: 2 x Hecks Chicken Italia sausages (1)
    Snack: 2 x Richmond chicken sausages (5)
Lunch: Leftover homemade chicken curry and rice (free)
Snack: 1 multi seeded oatcake (2)
Dinner: Spanish chicken (Chicken Tonight) approx. 1/3 jar (3) and rice
    HEA: milk in tea
HEB: 6 x Finn crisp rye thins (with 1 x Laughing Cow cheese spread (1)
    Total syns: 12
