    Welcome lindez to the thread.

A 10lb loss is definitely achievable over the 9 weeks of the challenge.

Please may I join ,have been going to SW for a while ,but lack willpower,am a comfort eater with a DH who has deteriorating Parkinson's and falls frequently.
When he has problems I eat! When he is feeling well and wants to go out to eat ,I think what the heck ,he won't be able to for much longer .
My weigh in day is Saturday and I would like to lose 10 during the challenge ,
Hope you'll have me and I can give as well as receive support.

Welcome suffolksue and virgomaiden to the thread. Everyone is welcome.

As the plan is changing slightly it may well be worth going to a group, even if it's just the once to get the new books and the new members talk. I suspect most consultants will be doing the new member talk to the whole group over the next couple of weeks.

Good luck to all the new joiners to the thread.

If you have any questions there is usually someone around to will be able to answer or look up things for you - but not me for the next few weeks as I am off on holiday to Goa!

Will definitely be out of target by the time I return!

Thought I'd get my menu plan posted before I get started on the housework and going for my walk!

    Today's plan:

    B - beans on toast
    L - LO La potee
D - SW 1/4lb burger, chips, onions, cornichons

    HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - probably won't have any but if I do it'll be some cheese on the burger
    Syns - none planned
