    Dear all, here is my diary for today

    B overnight oats with berries

    L ham and melon salad

    s fishcakes salad and dressing

    s tuc biscuits x 3, slither cheese, orange,

    HEA almond milk
    HEA oats

    Syns

    Alpro yoghurt 2 - update it was plain -2
    Fishcakes x 2 12
    Tuc biscuits 4.5
    Cheese 2

    Total 20.5 :eek::eek::eek: now 18.5 still :eek:

    Going ok, until the fish cakes :eek:

    Home late, home alone, quick tea. Only 1 left and not reordered from fish man.

    Bubblesmum you can but fishcakes from morries i think they are 2 syns each and everyone raves about them, i have not tried them personally
