Well pains in tummy last couple of days due to poor eating and gall bladder giving me hassle for the same reason has spurred me to make a speed filled salad tomorrow with tomato, beetroot celery gherkins peppers grapes and turkey breast , it’s total boredom and bit of loneliness that sways me off big time. Does anyone use sw online ?0

That sounds like a good plan for tomorrow. :T
A few people on here did join online originally but didn't stay. The overall verdict seemed to be that it didn't offer much support or value for money.
You'll probably get as much support and advice on here, for free!0 -
Oh, Kathryn, I hope it’s not a big setback.
Well done, Bozwood and Denise.
After a great day yesterday, I spent today inhaling sugar! Grrr! Every so often I just get a day when I’m a bit ‘off’ and the only thing that sorts me out is a dose of the sweet stuff. It’s about once or twice a year, since I was a teenager. Usually a Mars Bar sorts it out, but I don’t keep anything like that now. Crazy!Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
half a pound off this week happy with that, been off plan with one thing and another for a couple of weeks. Going to be really good this week and see if I can get into a new weight bracket next week ☺I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Glad the mri is out of the way bubbs. They take so long, and they are so noisy and claustrophobic.
Daughter will probably need another one her knee. She just breaks so easily. We are right back to the beginning on recovery, and each time she does it she is a set closer to a knee replacement probably. This time she injured herself in her sleep so no idea how she is supposed to avoid it.
Yesterday wasn't too bad food wise. Now just need to keep it up.
Breakfast - porridge and fruit
Lunch - soup
Dinner - nandos after the cinema
HA - milk
HB - oats
Syns - 3 at nandosZebras rock0 -
1.5 gain for me this week. Not to worried as I think it's the curry and beer I had the night before weigh in mostly. Onwards and downward!0
