Morning. I have had fruit so far might have weetabix in a bit. Lunch will be on the move so a cheese and onion thin is what I have and an apple. Tea. Not sure yet.0

Had a 1/2lbgain, which surprised me. But then my learned friend at the scales pointed out that I was wearing a jumper, which I don't usually wear. Suggested I weigh it when I got home, net difference between jumper & blouse, 1/2 lb! Won't be making that mistake again, but it has encouraged me to buy a diary which I can carry everywhere and list everything I eat, so maybe an ill wind and all that....A smile costs little but creates much0

When I did thatGTQ my consultant just told me to go and weigh again after I'd taken it off.

Neglected myself so far this challenge.
0.5 lb gain.
Expected a lot worse, as I comfort eat through problems.
Need to get back on track mainly for health reasons as I always gain in winter and don't intend to this year.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -

I always wear the same clothes for WI gtq: leggings and a thin top. When I was getting to target I wore the same clothes for months, that I'd worn on the day I joined. It was hilarious as the trousers got baggier and baggier. They only stayed up with a belt and I could take them off without opening the zip!:D
Yesterday's food was OK but too many wine syns. I had scallops and samphire, followed by a steak with new potatoes and rocket salad. Portions were also very mean but expensive so I don't think we'll be rushing back there anytime soon.
I have a rough plan for today although I've not done a shop yet so it might change a bit and I'm dithering about having another alcohol free Friday. Food will be quite synful anyway as I'm determined to have cauli cheese with HM sauce although I'll keep my drinks mostly milk free to offset it.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, half HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, baked beans, HEA milk
L: carrot & lentil soupgammon slices, SW chips, cauli cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms
Syns: haven't worked it out yet but marge, cornflour, cheese and extra milk:eek:
I'll do my meal plan shortly and will do my best to be good except for one more meal out on Tuesday.0 -

Sounds a nice meal out Maman, even if the portions were mean! and certainly SW friendly.
Away in the motorhome this weekend. Stuck to shorts last night and ended on 15 syns so pleased with that.
Will probably go over today but I'll do a bit of damage limitation next week as usual.
Today's plan:
B - bacon and mushroom sandwich - HEB + 2 + syns fir the pirib piri sauce
L - piri piri chicken, jacket potato, coleslaw, glass of white wine. Syns 1 + 5
D - chicken and chorizo rice. 2 syns
HEA - Milk
HEB - Bread
Syns - LTL mao 1, wine 5, chorizo 2. Probably another couple of glasses of white this evening for 10
