I occasionally have a problem but to be fair what goes around comes around. Since end of December I have made up £46 and am only waiting to reach the £50 mark before cashing them in. As already suggested, I would email them if you feel you have been unfairly treated in a survey. They will only realise there is a problem if enough people let them know.:j Member Number 18 of the "100 free films in London in 2010" club:hello:0

But what exactly will they do? I had problems like this when I first started out. I remember doing a 30 minute survey and then getting booted out right at the end when it was asking for classification stuff. I emailed them a few times, and they more or less said TOUGH SH*T. Getting timed out happens with most survey companies, I have had it happen to me recently with TNS and IPSOS. What can you do though? If you really think the company sucks, unsubscribe.0

You can sign to most survey companies (including valued opinions) through www.whichsurveys.com
Just click on UK surveys and you will find about 5 pages worth.Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...0 -
Hi,
Don't know if this helps but on their website, there is an option to sign up.

Hi,I've been completing these for about 3 years now. They do take a while to credit your account, and the vouchers do take a while, but they are genuine.I was also a bit concerned that they asked for a lot of info before telling me I wasn't eligible for the survey,so I emailed them and said I wasn't happy, they assured me that any info passed on before your eligibility is confirmed is not passed on to a 3rd party, which I filed to my email folders in case of any future problems. There haven't been any as far as I can tell.0

I've finally reached the magic sum of £10 on my valued opinions account :j
Does anyone know if there is a time limit on claiming the voucher? I would ideally like to leave it till Christmas so I can use it for pressies (hoping it will be £20 by then) but I don't want to leave it and then lose it because of a time limit I didn't know about!
Anyone know?Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
As far as I know, there is no time limit. I normally wait till I get £20 worth and then order. Should be OK.0
