I occasionally have a problem but to be fair what goes around comes around. Since end of December I have made up £46 and am only waiting to reach the £50 mark before cashing them in. As already suggested, I would email them if you feel you have been unfairly treated in a survey. They will only realise there is a problem if enough people let them know.

But what exactly will they do? I had problems like this when I first started out. I remember doing a 30 minute survey and then getting booted out right at the end when it was asking for classification stuff. I emailed them a few times, and they more or less said TOUGH SH*T. Getting timed out happens with most survey companies, I have had it happen to me recently with TNS and IPSOS. What can you do though? If you really think the company sucks, unsubscribe.
  • Very strange i have never experienced this atall with valued opinions, i get through nearly every survey i take on any site.

You can sign to most survey companies (including valued opinions) through www.whichsurveys.com
Just click on UK surveys and you will find about 5 pages worth.

    Hi,

Don't know if this helps but on their website, there is an option to sign up.

  • Hi,I've been completing these for about 3 years now. They do take a while to credit your account, and the vouchers do take a while, but they are genuine.I was also a bit concerned that they asked for a lot of info before telling me I wasn't eligible for the survey,so I emailed them and said I wasn't happy, they assured me that any info passed on before your eligibility is confirmed is not passed on to a 3rd party, which I filed to my email folders in case of any future problems. There haven't been any as far as I can tell.

I've finally reached the magic sum of £10 on my valued opinions account :j

Does anyone know if there is a time limit on claiming the voucher? I would ideally like to leave it till Christmas so I can use it for pressies (hoping it will be £20 by then) but I don't want to leave it and then lose it because of a time limit I didn't know about!

    Anyone know?

As far as I know, there is no time limit. I normally wait till I get £20 worth and then order. Should be OK.
