No problems for me, I have been using them a while and have had no real problems. I do agree with the completing 3/4 of the survey to find you do not meet the criterea quite annoying. Still these are still one of my preferred sites
  • I've never had any problems with them (apart from not always being accepted). In fact I've completed 3 today.

I usually receive Valued Opinions surveys quite regularly, had no problems completing using IE.

Think you will find all survey companies have surveys where you do over half of it and then they say you are not eligible. Unless of course, it's Brainjuicer, every single one I have done for them, I have almost completed and then it says SORRY YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. Like whatever!! A lot of people moan about VALUED OPINIONS, but I persevered, and 3 years down the line, I have made almost £300+ out of doing their surveys. When you first start off, you only get about 2 to 3 surveys a month, but now I am on like 7 a week. Sure, they don't pay £5+ anymore for surveys, but a £1 here and there soon adds up. I have also done quite a few product tests for them. Did a mens product a month ago, and am waiting on my £20 for that. Ooooh. Can't wait! ** I had a lot of pending surveys for them over the last month or two, but these are all now being credited.

Yes, takes a while for the "pending" credits to become real credits but it's worth it. I tend to get John Lewis vouchers and save them up for christmas shopping. Also, they do take a while to send the vouchers compared to Lightspeed so I just put in a request as soon as I get up to £10.
Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...

Funny, I've been using Firefox for the surveys I have received recently and haven't had any problems.

Must be just me, then! I had another one this evening and copied the link into Safari - the survey worked - although naturally it turned out I wasn't eligible after I'd completed umpteen pages of questions!!!
  • No problems for me either. Works like a charm apart from, as someone mentioned before, you get halfway through one particular survey before being told 'you do not meet the criteria' but that has only happened a couple of times to me.

Though I have built up a few quid in my account, has anyone had any issues getting hold of their cash?

It takes about 2 to 4 weeks for vouchers to arrive. Sometimes, it might take longer, but I have always got my vouchers in the end.
