Hi,

Has anyone else signed up to this survey site having any problems when cashing in for high street vouchers. I cashed in my balance 33 days ago and as there web states vouchers will be posted out within 28 days, I should have received by now. Any info would be appreciated!

  • I'll let you know, i've sent of for my first voucher 2 weeks ago. Not rec yet. Have found that they take ages to credit your account with the surveys you have already done.
  • I recently requested my voucher and it took nearly 6 weeks to receive it. I e-mailed them after 4 weeks and they said that they used a mailing company to deliver vouchers in around 28 days, however there was currently delays as the mailing company was waiting for a bulk order themselves.

    Hi
I have just received my vouchers after waiting 5 weeks.

  • They do come, sometimes they take a while. Genuine vouchers though!
  • I have also found that they do take ages to credit your account with the surveys you have done, also I get filered out of alot of them after giving them alot of personal information. I have however received vouchers from them (albeit later than 28 days) all of them have been genuine :)

  • i must admit that i never have any problems with them at all, i've just received £20 in vouchers recently, didn't wait that long on them either. But i think they are probably one of the best sites to sign up to.

Thanks for the input, quite reassuring that people have had there vouchers even though a little late. I do think they are one of the best for surveys as I get invited to quite a lot and qualify for most but agree it can take a while for the completed survey to register on account.

I always opt for Amazon vouchers and get these almost immediately. A good, reliable company to deal with.
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS
  • for the past week or so the amazon vouchers have been unavailable - very annoying!

Valued Opinions were great to start with, but now the surveys are scarce as hen's teeth and the few that do arrive are either totally unsuitable - eg for kids under 11 etc - or throw me off half way through.

Did manage to claim one voucher which took 6 weeks to arrive, they ignored 4 e-mails inbetween.

I don't think you will get rich with this company.
