  • It's worthwhile making sure you have completed all the profile questionnaires so they can send you targetted surveys - you can also sign up for mystery shopping in your personal profile.
  • I have been a member with VOP for about a year and a half now. when you first sign up surveys are scarce but the longer you are with them the more you get invited to. last few months i have been getting about 5 surveys a week. no you wont get rich frm this site but the odd £10 boots voucher comes in handy for me - means i dont have to fork out for nappies etc that week for the kids.
ive had about £70 in vouchers from VOP and never had a problem with time it takes to recieve them. i always get them in the 28 days stated.
as for taking a while to credit your account i emailed them a few days ago and got the following response:
We are very sorry for the delay. Surveys normally take up to 28 days to close and then are queued for processing by our I.T. department. However, there is currently a bit of a backlog of surveys to be processed which we hope to clear over the following month.

ive never had a problem getting replys to emails either. i always get a reply with in 72 hours. i think its a great site, certainly the best one i have come across for getting paid for your opinions.

I am obviously doing something very wrong with VoP then! I've been a member for 7 months and had loads of surveys to start with, then a trickle and now zilch.

Today I got the following invitation:
"We would like to invite you to take part in a new and exciting line of surveys. This one-off extended survey is available for you to take now. If you qualify and complete the survey you will receive £3.20.
You will then automatically qualify for more short surveys throughout the year and these will be based on topics you are interested in, according to the information you give us in this study!"

Guess what? it threw me out after 5 questions.

I have sent a polite e-mail to them to find out if I will still be sent surveys as I have been unable to earn anything with them for three months now, but can't cash in my rewards as I do not have enough to meet their minimum levels.

    Very frustrating!

    Edited to add:
Did get a reply to my e-mail, sadly probably automated they ignored my questions so have absolutely no idea if I will get anymore surveys!

It took me a loooooong time to get the minimum amount of points to redeem with VOP. In the time I got enough for £10, Ipsos had given me about £35.
Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...

where can you do this? have never seen anything in my profile.

VO are getting quicker at replying to emails, only took a day to get back and reassure me my vouchers are on the way

Thats always their response they have been sending it for at least a year when ever I have asked about not being credited. I emailed them and suggested they took on more staff if they constantly have a backlog but they ignored it.

    See post 14

Have had 4 survey invitations since last posting- was not suitable for 3, but actually 'earned' another £1, so just need £3.50 before I can cash in my reward... maybe by March!?!

  • I've been with them a couple of years and always get my vouchers however they do take weeks to arrive.
I've probably had about £60.00 in 2 years though,I do several surveys a week or start to complete them and half way through then they decided to say I'm not suitable.
You have to answer the surveys as soon as you get them or they will have reached their target.
  • I've been with them for a while now and yeah sometimes the vouchers take a while to come. I'd stick with them though because the surveys are quite frequent and you get a good amount of money for them too!
