I've been with them about 2 and a half years and have had £60 in vouchers so far. They've recently (in the last few months) upgraded their choices of vouchers to include John Lewis, and others. Always useful.
I've never had to wait more than 4 weeks for vouchers.
Only thing I don't like is that a few of their surveys say you must use Internet Explorer on Windows, which automatically excludes anyone with a Mac.0 -
See post 19 (23 Nov).
Have been offered 1 survey since that post - but did not qualify as I have never had a car from new.
In summary, I have had 5 surveys offered this month, which is more than I had in August, September and October combined. I qualified for / completed only 1.
No further towards reaching what will be my last £10 voucher.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
Update, i requested my 1st voucher on the 19th oct. Still not received so e-mailed them. They said they are waiting for a batch of vouchers to come in and they will be sent out in December!.....0

I have started this thread to discover the problems other people have had with valued opinions so i can complain and show them how other people feel.
So far I have seen various threads reporting rewards not received for months,
pending credits taking forever to clear.

I've found them generally ok, as I've earned about £50 in vouchers from them in the past year, although the last reward is stuck at £9.10 despite about £4 of pending rewards which is bit of a pain as I've got £40 of Boots vouchers from Pigsback, and was going to add with it with £10 from VO so I could get someone a Xmas pressie.
I actually had to spend my own money on it (which isn't the moneysaving Xmas I expected!)Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -
I used to do these and had 2 issues.
1- I did not receive a £10 gift Voucher ( only happeed once) becase they are not signed for you have no redress.
2- I got credited and then had the credits removed for about 6 surveys. I did follow up and was told I had completed them to quickly to have genuinely completed them.Be Kind0 -
This is not a problem as such but would just wondering if its happening to other peoples accounts or just mine.
Normally after doing a survey it says you'll be credited within 28 days but most of the time you i check in my account the money is there straight away in the pending section. Occasionally i've had to wait a few weeks for it to go into the pending section. However over the past 2-3 weeks i've had about 8 surveys & not one of them have gone straight into pending
I've had to write down all the surveys i've completed so i know when to chase them up if they don't go into my account soon.
I have had though in the past not had a survey credited. They said it was taking longer than usual to add credit for that survey as it was run by an outside company. I emailed 3 more times but in the end they never answered & i never got the £1. I've also got 70-80% through when i've been kicked out of a survey. I emailed to complain & they just said basically if there is a quota, whoever finishes first gets the money. If you're 80% through & the quota is filled you will lose out.“Hope is the only bee that makes honey without flowers.”
Some people only dream of angels, i held one in my arms.

My only problem with them is that I spend about 5 minutes answering lots of questions only for them to tell me that I'm not eligible. Everything I've ever completed has been credited.0

Agree totally with this, I get almost half way through sometimes then am suddenly not needed. No partial credit so tough.
I am still a pound or so short of my second £10 voucher, after being a member since early May.
VOP is also bad for surveys jamming just before the end in the 'now we will check we have a cross section of the population' sort of questions, so you don't get the credit but they do get the answers.
Very slow to reply if you ever need to contact them.
Basically, you won't get rich but you may make maybe £20 -£30 a year if you are lucky.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
Glad it's not just me then.Have had major problems getting tescos vouchers claimed on 1st November.Took a threat to report them to Consumer Direct to get some action.Getting points credited to my account is also a nightmare, with stuff sitting pending for months on end.Getting sense out of them by email is like dropping a rock into a vat of porridge and waiting to hear the splash. What also got up my nose was that when I joined, level at which you could claim vouchers was £5.Anybody notice that they quietly raised the level to £10 during the year without telling anybody? I'm still waiting to have about £6 worth of surveys credited to my account...0
