I haven't had trouble with vouchers not turning up but haven't had any recent surveys completed showing up in pending which is unusual. Glad its not just me. I'll be emailing them with a list if they're not showing up in the New Year. Pain to have to do it though.
Merry Christmas!
Mine still not showing as pending!Looks like there is a problem with all the surveys then.

I have about £8 pending but is taking ages to be added. I have had 2 x £10 Tesco vouchers which I received fairly quickly after I requested them, but that was earlier in the year.0

DAISY, don't despair. They have done something like this in the past as well. It was an advertising text survey, and I sent about 300 texts and they kept saying we will pay you but they never did until 2 months later when it all went on in one go. They didn't put it on my pending credits like they normally do, but it did take a while for the credits to be added to my balance. It's a shame VO have stopped crediting people more or less straight away as they have always been rather good. I'm not too sure about them anymore!0

Personally I've had enough of Valued Opinions as it takes an age for pending credits to be added to your total balance. I've had credits on there for over 4 months!!
As if this isn't annoying enough, like other members of this forum, I've had quite a few pending credits mysteriously disappear, with no explanation from Valued Opinions.
Also, you have the surveys where you take a couple of mins answering questions, only to be told you are not eligible. (To be fair this happens with all survey companies, not just V.O.)
The whole survey thing isn't worth it in my opinion. I've got £16 from Ciao, and will shortly be cashing in my £ 12.50 with V.O (in reality I'm sure this should be closer to £20). However I'm sure if I totalled the number of hours spent on these surveys my pay would be well below the minimum wage. I've started doing a bit of mystery shopping which in my opinion is far more like a reasonable wage.
Anyway rant over.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!0 -
One of the surveys I'd completed a week or so ago just appeared in my account without ever going into pending! First time thats happened. At least I went over £10 and ordered an Amazon e-cert which arrived in a couple of minutes. Now I know why I have no trouble with the vouchers, I always go for e-vouchers!
Still awaiting on several other surveys to show in my account or pending though.16 x Sanyo HIT 240w panels, 3.84kWp, south facing, 30 degree slope in the SW, 4.4 Eltek HE-t inverter installed 27/03/120 -
Hi, I have been with valued opinions for quite a while and up till now have had no problems with them however, they have not been updating my points since the middle of December, at the moment I have 5 surveys that have not been credited to me and despite emailing them about it twice and received no reply I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems, would appreciate a reply if you have.0

I've not had any problems with them other than not qualifiying for enough surveys:D - been stuck on £9 for ages.
They don't always credit the cash straight away, you have to wait until they have filled the quota (and presumably been paid by the client) but they usually arrive in the pending area fairly soon.
I take it that you definitely qualified for the survey and were allowed to get to the end. Sometimes I find I have answered quite a few questions before I'm told I'm the wrong profile - bit of a bug bear of mine but there are worse sites out there.7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0 -
No, no problems here either. I'm getting on average 1 a week and they get credited reasonably quickly. My only bug bear with Valued Ops is how long some of the surveys are. I've ditched quite a few after 50 minutes or so! Hope you get it sorted out.Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...0
