Same here for me, not done a complete survey for ages from them, get half way through and then get the "not suitable" its very annoying.

Really? Wow. I normally get at least 7 a week from VO and most of mine go all the way through. Granted they are paying a lot less for each survey than they used to, but I am still making on average £10 a month. I'm sure if you persist, more will come that work. Good luck.
  • 7 a week? I'm lucky if I get even one and then half the time I get through half the survey to find that I don't qualify. Haven't even made £3 from the site yet!

I've never ever qualified for many but have noticed that I am answering more and more questions before being rejected.

I think it is important to email them and let them know how you feel. Particularly if you have spent 20mins answering and then get rejected because you don't have the requisite number in your household. That is way out of line. It seems to me that they are effectively taking your information and then finding an excuse not to pay - you should let them know that you aren't happy.

For the record, I joined in March 06 and have just claimed my second reward - that's £20 in total. Generally though, they have paid a reasonable amount for the surveys I have done.

Maybe that's why. I joined up in 2005. I used to get a lot of dud ones back then, but now they keep coming and they all work.

I have been with VO over a year, got my tenner in October and now am just waiting for the second one to clear. There was time when I seriously thught about dropping them all together, but thet are better now. I get at least 1 survey a week.

I don't think they're at all bad. I don't get as many from them as I do from say Ciao or Toluna but I'm not often screened out. I do get screened out their surveys every now and then but that just tends to be because I don't have kids and am not solely responsible for household shopping! Can't do anything about either fact so it doesn't really bother me. I certainly haven't had the problems other people are saying, where you fill in most of a survey and then get screened out right at the end.

I like the way they show the surveys as pending (I really wish Toluna would do this, they drive me mad) and most of the surveys I've been offered have been £1+ which seems pretty reasonable by survey standards.

Yeah ive got to say , most of them i do are £1.50, which i regard good. Ive got £7.75 already banked, and about £7 pending. I only joined in october so really is not as bad as most. This week ive done about £5 worth of surveys with them!, and 1 of them i cant complete for some reason as it says click the channels ive heard of, and nothing happens!. And thats for £1.20:rolleyes:

ive been a member for a while and at first the surveys were paying alot now they have gone down alot but just after christmas i got a survey for £3.00 then a follow on 1 for £5.00 took me about half an hour on each 1 but i thought that was good also over the last three months i have had £40 so im well chuffed but it does annoy me when you fill the the first part of the section in then it says u dont qualify even thou u have spent 20 minutes on it.I think the moneys alot better than a few other survey companies im with ie toluna,surveys.com etc
