OMG:eek:
amazon £5.00 voucher used in 20 mins from download and then item despatched yesterday - just checked item reduced by £15 so going to go for the price difference refund
Now that was a good use of a voucher:T :T0 -
has anyone else received this email asking about long term internet usage study.
Thanks
(just wondering whether it is worth doing!)0 -
Just curious - so far every single questionnaire they have sent me has frozen up or in some way crashed. I am on the verge of de-registering - if I can find the site and get through without it all going pear-shaped!
Just thought I'd ask if anyone else has problems. It's getting that my heart sinks when I get an email from them because I just know I'll start it all keen and then it'll crash and it's just a waste of my time. I did email them but have just received a very bland and generic email saying yes sometimes we get connection problems, tough. No help at all.
By the way, I'm on a Mac and using Firefox.0 -
it really sucks.0

If I find a survey freezes in Firefox on my mac then I copy the url and paste it into Safari and carry on no problems. I find them one of the best paid companies though you have to be quick16 x Sanyo HIT 240w panels, 3.84kWp, south facing, 30 degree slope in the SW, 4.4 Eltek HE-t inverter installed 27/03/120

No probs for me, have been using them for over 2 years and never had a problem, except of course filling a third of the survey to find you do not meet theri criteria.
I use IEMy Shop Is Your Shop0 -
I only registered with them a couple of weeks ago and so far have been offered 2 surveys, both of which I completed without any problems.
I suspect this may be a browser issue you have.0 -
Thanks everyone. I'll give them one last chance and try to load the next one into Safari. The problem is if firefox is open (which it always is) then when I click on the link for the survey it automatically opens in firefox. I'll have a go at copying and pasting into Safari but I'm not very techie so it might not work.0

Yeah, that's the sort of thing that happens to me. The email they sent me just said tough, we can't send you it again. Fair enough if it just happens once in a while, but so far it's been every bloomin' one!!!0
