    Hiya

There IS a time limit for claiming - I remembered reading a post on this some time ago so I did a hunt on Valued Opinions webpage and found the following:-

3.3 The member is obliged to claim payment from Research Now via the procedures set out on the website for the amount in their Account within three months of the amount in their Account reaching the level of the Reward. Should the member fail to contact Research Now to claim payment for their Reward within the time specified in this Clause 3.3 the member will not be entitled to receive payment for the reward and Research Now shall clear the member’s Account which will be reset to zero.

3.4 Should the amount in any member’s Account be greater than the level of the Reward at the date on which the introduction of Clause 3.3 above is communicated to the member, the member shall have three months from the date of communication to notify Research Now that they are claiming payment for the Reward. Should the member fail to contact Research Now to claim payment for their Reward within the time specified in this Clause 3.4 the member will not be entitled to receive payment for the reward and Research Now shall clear the member’s Account which will be reset to zero.

I'd hate to see anyone losing out so better to claim now and stash the vouchers instead of finding they've disappeared!

    Hope this helps.

Thanks very much for the advice, my balance had reached over £14 so to ensure I didn't lose it I've just ordered myself a voucher.

    Cheers xx

    Thanks for that

I wasn't sure at all but had a sneaky suspicion that could be the case. I've just ordered mine, I'll put it in my wallet and try really hard (but fail miserably!) to keep it until Christmas

I always order amazon e vouchers and then put them in my amazon account, usually a pretty long use by date with amazon and it saves waiting for them to be posted.

I have emailed them & have asked them again.
I think i best claim my vouchers then, don't want to lose £50.

To be honest most vouchers have a year or more until they expire so if you're saving them for Christmas ordering now would still be okay.

EDIT: Oh unless you mean giving them as presents not using them to buy with. Then I see what you mean :D

I got a reply & this is what they said:
You do not have to claim a reward within three months. This clause is really just to say we are not obligated to hold your account and reward open forever - but if you are an active user you can save up as much credit as you like without it ever being “reset”.

I do the same as FloFlo, Amazon is always a good option. The voucher is instant and I used it within 20 mins when ordering a present for my youngest yesterday:j

I wish they'd add e-vouchers for play.com as you can get loads of pressie for christmas from there. Amazon are good but alot of people sell through them so you don't get free postage & im not sure you can use your amazon vouchers for sellers
