I'm usually pretty lucky with Valued Opinions, once through the initial demographics, usually in for the long haul Received a £10 M & S voucher from them as well today, which was good.
Primrose, to remove all your cookies go to Tools, Internet Options, General tab. There you should be able to delete cookies, temporary internet files, history, etc. I usually delete all this stuff every week. I don't seem to have found any problems with V O cookies though.
