happened to me twice today!
never used to happen on VO for me!
it hardly ever happened to me either but i dont mind getting screened out though, its the fact that they get so much information out of you and then after 10 minutes input they tell you you dont qualify, there should at least be some compensation for your time, the prize draw is rubbish has anyone actually ever won anything, i would be really interested to know, i once won £100 with surveys.com0 -
i've not been on vo very long, on the main page it says
"For each survey you complete, you will receive a reward, typically between £1 and £5 and up to £50 for specialist surveys which will be credited to your Valued Opinions account within 28 days"
so how come out of the 3 surveys i've done so far, none of them have been £1 ?!
2 were 50p and the other was 75p.....
how many is 'typical' ??0 -
The most annoying is spending just shy of 30 minutes on a survey that was estimated to take about 30 minutes to be told that I'd completed it too fast and wouldn't be paid. I had no response at all from VO despite my emailing twice and actually pointing out an error in the questionnaire which must have shown that I had completed the thing in full and by reading every question thoroughly!
Must confess, I still quite like them though!0 -

ive never done a survey for up to £50 and ive been with them ages and ive noticed a lot of the surveys are now between 50p and 75p and they are just as long as the £1.00 surveys if not longer0 -

No idea but today I did get a survey which I qualified for which paid £3, which is the most I have ever got from VO for a single survey - and I've been a member for nearly a year.0 -
another thing, every time i go to log in to check my balance it wont let me, it used to do it automaticaly after you'd done a survey has anyone else had this problem?0

Same here, reeree. I just go to the Valued Opinions website (saved in Favourites) and log in there. It usually shows the survey just completed in the Pending section.0

i did have this problem as the address in the bar at the top was a redirected address and didn't seem to let me log in, if i went back to the main web address and did it from there it was fine.
hope that makes sense !0 -

I'll have to try that and see if it works for me then add it to favourites as Libra says0 -
I've been screened out of several surveys recently quite late in the survey and it infuriates me that my time is wasted in this manner. They need to develop a technique which screens you out at an early stage otherwise they will lose a lot of prospective pollsters.
Also I've been suffering a lot of temporary internet disconnection problems recently. Strangely it seems to have started around the time a cookie was installed on my computer to monitor certain viewing habits and I want to get the cookie removed but accidentally seem to have deleted the e-mail notifying me about it. Can anybody provide these instructions please, and also has anybody else suffered internet connection problems if this cookie was installed?0
