I took part in a survey for them recently which involved sending text messages to them. I completed the first part and was to complete the second part a week later. I did this, i got three quarters through the second survey after giving lots of details about my opinions only to be informed that i had not met the criteria for this survey!

The survey was a £5 one and 10p for each text. I have emailed them complaining but they haven't bothered to get in touch as yet. Not happy as i have spent about an hour filling in the two surveys and sending texts. I think this company has got down quite a bit over the past few months.

I've lost vouchers due to them not arriving in the post.

I've also lost count of the number of times that I've wasted time completing surveys to be booted out before the end.

I've completed two surveys this week and neither of them are listing in my pending credits (as yet.) Either it's a new system or it's a glitch and I'll have to chase up the credit!

Just checked - the scouts survey I did is not showing yet, even after 24 hours. I keep a record of the surveys I have been offered, but think I should be even more detailed so that nothing slips by.

I've given up with them, they used to be good but these days th surveys remain in pending for absolutely ages, and like another poster, several of my surveys have been in pending and then disappeared. I have always completed them genuinely and will now stick to other survey sites that really do value your opinion ;)

I've been doing a text survey too. I got an email yesterday telling me to complete my diary. I went online did the whole survey & it said thank you etc, not click next to complete. When i click on next i get an error message which says the survey isn't available & its closed

I thought maybe it was just a one off error so tried again 3 more times & i'm still getting the same message. I've just emailed them but im not confident that i will get the money which should be £5 + the money for the 17 texts i sent in.
When i've complained before about stuff they've given me the same rubbish excuse which is that if it doesn't fully complete they don't use your answers
The thing is i did complete it, all the green dots at the top of the screen were full & it said thank you but the error message came up on the last page where you tell them what you think of the survey, if it was good etc.

This really isn't good enough & it totally unfair esp as i've spent my money doing texting in to them & my time too.

  • I've noticed that some of my pending credits disappear without being credited too, and so ever since I noticed I've been keeping all the survey invitations that I have completed. So far I'm missing £7.75 in credit from the last 6-weeks :rolleyes:

I haven't had trouble with vouchers not turning up but haven't had any recent surveys completed showing up in pending which is unusual. Glad its not just me. I'll be emailing them with a list if they're not showing up in the New Year. Pain to have to do it though.

    Merry Christmas!

I have been waiting ages for a £10 Tesco voucher then got an e-mail saying sorry and it will be posted in the New Year. I have done a few surveys and I am still stuck on 50p nothing seems to be going into the pending section, but I see others are in the same situation

I normally love VO, but I am not too sure about them anymore.

I have done the same survey as DAISY2002, and I got the same response. I sent quite a few texts, so I phone and had a moan to the guy who said I should send an email to them, not that I have heard anything off them.

Plus I have done lots of other surveys for them over the last week or two and have not had them added on my pending credits. I know this has happened in the past, and they normally add them on. I hope they do it again this time.

Oh i'm so glad i wasn't the only one having problems with this survey.
I tried the survey so many times but eventually it said the survey was now closed but i never got to submit my answers. I will be really unhappy if im not credited for this survey as it clearly wasn't a problem with my computer or wasn't anything that i was doing wrong. I did email them twice but i haven't had a reply yet
