I ordered a tesco voucher earlier in the year that never arrived. I have ordered another on 13th December so will be interested to see when this turns up.
Seems very slow to build up rewards so I appear not to be eligible for the majority of surveys.0 -
i to ordered a tesco voucher on 15th nov and had this email today:
It has come to our attention that the Tesco voucher you ordered in November has not been delivered yet.
We are very sorry to hear about this delay and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
However, our mailing company has assured us that your voucher will be shipped in the first week of the New Year. We are confident your voucher should arrive before or on Monday January 7th. Please note that due to the holiday season there may be further delays beyond our control.
Again, we would like to offer you our sincere apologies for this delay and any inconvenience it may have caused.
Wishing you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year!0 -
I also am waiting for a £10 Tesco voucher, should have been here by 4th December. Have emailed them but no reply yet.0

I'm also waiting for about £8 of pending credits to be added. They've been pending for about 3-4 months some of them.
I did email them about 3 weeks ago and they said that they're having trouble processing a large number of surveys, and it's still not been done.
What's really annoying is that I have a £9.50 balance and I can't redeem anything until they process my £8 pending-Is this why they're stalling
I managed to redeem all my other survey earnings to help with xmas shopping no problem.
VALUED OPINIONS SORT IT!!!!Busy mummy of 4.:j0 -
This is not a problem as such but would just wondering if its happening to other peoples accounts or just mine.
Normally after doing a survey it says you'll be credited within 28 days but most of the time you i check in my account the money is there straight away in the pending section. Occasionally i've had to wait a few weeks for it to go into the pending section. However over the past 2-3 weeks i've had about 8 surveys & not one of them have gone straight into pending
I've had to write down all the surveys i've completed so i know when to chase them up if they don't go into my account soon.
I've completed two surveys this week and neither of them are listing in my pending credits (as yet.) Either it's a new system or it's a glitch and I'll have to chase up the credit! :rolleyes:0 -
I often seem to be inelligible after completing lots of questions too and they had a problem with Amazon vouchers for ages recently.0

Dear Valued OpinionsThank you for your recent communication regarding vouchers. Sadly I have not received either of the ones in green below.
This is terrible service, I spend time filling out surveys and expect that my time be treated as valuable. The site name is VALUED OPINIONS
If it is the fault of the mailing company might I suggest getting a better one.
I draw your attention to a discusion regarding the terrible service that valued opinions provides when it comes to reward vouchers
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=7382989
Many people have now given up taking your surveys as A) it takes an ureasonable ammount of time to credit the pending funds into the reward account thenOn ordering a voucher it takes an unreasonable ammount of time to arrive.
I draw attention to your own sites FAQ'sI ordered my voucher some time ago, but it still hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of physical vouchers (i.e. Arcadia Group, Boots, HMV, Tesco, W.H. Smith, King Fisher, Argos, M&S and John Lewis). If you have not received the voucher after this time, please contact our support team at enquires@valuedopinions.co.uk and we will investigate whether a replacement needs to be sent out.Vouchers issued history

Funnily enough, the second Tescos voucher I ordered in December has just turned up.Phoned Value opinions at the end of last week to give them a roasting about the November voucher-seriously unhelpful person I spoke to by the way if you're reading this, Valued opinions, who needs to be retrained in customer care with an electric cattle prod-and was coerced into ordering an HMV voucher. This has just arrived too.:D
