I went on the Nvidia websire and searched for drivers / Geoforce 820m / w10 and then downloaded the 'correct one' ....


That gave the same "not compatible" message! :mad:

I've spent a while this afternoon on the Nvidia website but whatever I do seems to fail.
Downloaded 2 different drivers "suitable for W10"
Both said "unsuitable" when I tried to install.


Tried the 'smart scan' suggested by GC - 'needs java', 'unsuitable for Firefox' etc!

Which BIOS version are you running currently?

Is this the issue, wherein the screen flickers when on battery power, but not via an external monitor, nor when on mains power?
