Sadly, not a good result for me, just plenty of food for the 'grammar police'! :D

    3M -
The product would of come with a 12 month warranty the product is now out of warranty

Me - My real question was "did I know I was buying a 'refurbished' product?"

    3M -
The listing would of said it was either a new or refurbished product back in 2016 the 3monkeys store was run by a 3rd party on our behalf the stock sold on the store wouldnt of been ours but theirs, the product would of come with a 12 month warranty that ended in 2017

the 3rd party company has since gone into administration so it would be impossible to get your order details and the condition that the product was sold in , if the product was new this still would of come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty and as such if you wished to have repaired now this would still be an out of warranty repair

Think I may as well just invest in a new screen ... screwdriver time???

Twelve month warranty means nothing if it's an inherent fault, but do you want to spend your time chasing monkeys around?

Hopefully the change of inverter will fix it.

    Packing for travels.
