I'm not sure how my haggling power will be as I don't have a phone line in the house
Advanced LR needs tying in with any broadband package ideally both for a twelve month contract .0 -

Whatever deal you sign up to, you will probably be able to exit penalty free in the second half of this year as that's when they all increase their prices and so customers can leave without penalty or negotiate something better (usually matching the best offer at the time but ignoring cash back).0 -
I would wait for a good deal from Plusnet or Sky - MSE lists a non-fibre deal for Sky which looks good (especially as Quidco is offering £70 cash back on top), or wait for a fibre deal. They seem to change every couple of weeks or so.

ok very very interesting so when the price increases you have a right to leave if required0 -

Yes, here's an example story from MSE for TalkTalk but it applies to all of them. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/phones/2015/08/millions-of-talktalk-customers-to-be-hit-with-price-hikes-from-october-but-you-can-beat-them0 -
...so I never worry about the term of the contract as prices are increased every year pretty much without fail giving you a way out if you want it.0

Is it the same with tv package?
It looks like it's different for TV as the terms allow for increases. Here's the MSE news item:

Look for the bit headed "Can I leave my contract penalty free?"0 -
