Hi everyone
Another one who doesn't sleep too much but I never have done so I suppose its normal for me and doesn't stress me out (my way of coping with it).
Anyway
nsd 1/10, no shopping for anything done - yay!
Went a short walk this am as I drove back from Wales this afternoon, so I knew I wouldn't get another one in. Im going down the allotment tomorrow morning for a few hours, so I will get a load of exercise then although theres no hard digging to do now, it will be more like pottering come to think of it lol.
Ate quite healthy today but only had toast when I got in as Id gone past it, but tomorrow I have a look in the freezer to what I have got, there must be something in there because I cant ram much more in there!!
Hopefully I will have another good day tomorrow, as I only have to drop something off at my dds and I can do that on the way to the lottie.

NSD 4/31
Baby plasterer turned up last night, did a bit, went again, will return tonight.
Just running about after kids at the moment really.
Change of Gas & Electric went through today. Should save money.
Cleaning, clearing and improving my house - each week it is getting a little better, and you can now see a massive improvement. But you can also see I need to clean the windows and the patio doors. At least it is a job that will cost nothing let the sunshine in, and is an easy improvement.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

Dragon - I cook my chicken from frozen. Obviously if it is breast/thigh and you want to chop it before cooking then you cant (unless you use a saw:rotfl:) but whole chickens can be cooked from frozen.
I cook on a lower temp and for slightly longer to make sure it is cooked through, if you are worried about it drying out wrap in foil.
I mentioned this on MSE before and people were astounded as most recommendation is to defrost but now they are saying that as long as you make sure the juices run clear and not pink then its fine - surely everyone does that anyway??
I also cook pork from frozen as well. (I presume I would cook beef from frozen but we don't have it)0 -
Yesterday was a spendy day as went to the seaside with my friend, had lunch out and then ice cream and in the evening I had a meal out for work so very spendy. Need to work the budgets and see where the cost is coming from as things are very tight this month.
Today is looking to also be a spend day as DD is coming for the weekend and I will need to get her food in.
Hope you all have a good day - last day of annual leave today and must do some housework!!0 -
Not long got up. Hope everyone has a good day. I am hoping for nsd.:oNo Spend November 2/15 and SPC 1340

Fab sleep last night due finally trying ear plugs. Even sensitive to DH breathing now
. Ironically, DH retreated to the guest bed as I was snoring :rotfl:.
Got up early to do some more packing for our camp weekend. Bought a blowup mattress yesterday and some food to take with us, so no SFD. As the festival is a bit alternative the eating plan shouldn't suffer too much. They for instance got a stall solely for falafel. Today might or might not be a SFD but def back on track from Sunday after the weekly shop.
Again healthy lunch and snacks packed, gym planned etc.
Another one here who sometimes cooks partially frozen chicken, agree, just make sure it's piping hot throughout and the juices run clear.

Hi, can I join in please? I am a bit late but will aim for 10 NSDs as have been averaging 2 a week, but every day has been a spend day so far this week :-(
Tonight we will cook using ingredients already in the fridge / cupboard, exercise is sorted as am off to meet a friend soon and am walking there and back, have eaten a healthy breakfast and have plenty in to make lunch later too.
I need a bit more of a daily motivator right now as feel like the debt repayments are happening so slowly. They are all coming down though so it is going in the right direction :-)
Hope you all have a fab dayTotal debts £6471.03 / £6261 all currently on 0% interest
Make £2018 in 2018 = £1010

Good Morning all, sorry I have not been on for a few days, I have just caught up with all the posts.
I was feeling a bit sorry for myself the past week, due to losing my dad 7 weeks ago. Just going through the grieving process I suppose. Tuesday and Wednesday were no spending days yay. Yesterday was a big spending day, bought plants x 6 for the garden from ald... some plant tubs, then went of the h&b bought some ornaments and lights for the garden. I spent most of yesterday pottering in the garden, putting the plants and things in, so I go quite a bit of sunshine which made me feel better. Hope everyone has a good day, I will pop back in later this evening xxMFWB#2
