Hi Folks,

Here's this week's chart. I know it's a bit earlier than usual but since I've been back at work I've been totally knackered most nights and been in bed by about 9 o'clock.

Congratulations to Anic - this week's slimmer of the week with an amazing 4lbs lost.



Hopefully I have everyone's information correct now. If it needs changed, please pm me.

There's still a week remaining on the chart - still time to achieve that magic 5lbs target!.

We always think we look awful in photos don't we? See what your friends/family say - and when they say you look great BELIEVE them.

Just asked H and he agrees with me, face looks gaunt, stressed, tired and he said old but then retracted that word:rotfl: :rotfl: photos are not through for 7/10 weeks so no one can see them until then....I do take a compliment, if someone says I look good or that outfit suits, whatever I used to always go on the negative and defend it, now I just say 'thank you' smile and move on... learnt that lesson to make myself feel better:D

Not sure I will get 9 lbs off in 5 weeks. Target is 8th January anyway - as it will be the year anniversary of when I started the diet, and the week I go to Australia for my 30th birthday. That's what it was all for...(and of couse to look better and be healthier!!!)

Morning peeps:D how are we all this morning?:D I am off to work in minutes few with the lovely boss so it is all good, trying to not rely so much on the WW meals so cooked my fav for tonight sweeat and sour fish curry, yum, am going to buy another WW recipe book so that I get some variety.

Managed to get to the docs with time to spare, 45 mins of if you start these arthritis tablets you can't drink, eat sushi, be anywhere near chicken pox or shingles, you can't this and that on and on:rotfl: :rotfl: I start them on Monday and see how they marry up with the insulin, then fortnightly blood tests to check whether the tablets are damaging the kidney, liver etc at the end of it she said any questions are you happy?:rotfl: :rotfl: Yes, over the moon, my life with these tablets will be complete:rotfl: :rotfl:
