Hi all, sorry no time or energy to post properly, off to work in a bit, just to say a 1.5 gain for me this week. I know why of course and in theory am happy with 3 lbs lost over the 2 weeks. Not the best time now, may post later. Well done to everyone having a good week. The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Morning all! Just a quick hello and an uodate. Have got my clementines ready to stop me picking on the picket lines!
Also have just gone round and got all my ID out as I'm going to register with a nursing agency today as I am SKINT and need to pick up some extra shifts. I think I'll get mega taxed on it (40% plus NI), but every little helps at the moment. I don't think I'll get any shifts for a bit as they will have to do a full CRB check on me, but hey-ho, that's life.0 -
Well done beanielou :j and grannynise :j . pixiedust and Bails :grouphug: with the gains, I hope that you feel brighter later Bails, have a good day...
...missyg I have a ministepper and find it to be a great help. Now that I've lost my weight my skin is almost fitting me now, instead of being loose, if you know what I mean? There is still some work to do on my thighs, but they have been a lot worse in the past, when I lost weight. I don't know about using it in the kitchen, but I use it in 20/25 minute bursts as and when I feel like it (some weeks not at all!) usually whilst watching Kerrang and it's surprising how quick the time passes instead of constantly looking at the guage. I shall keep on using it just to get my thighs in better shape. Good luck with it, and keep it up :j ...
...I'm off with DD to do some shopping, I'm going to try to see if I can pluck up courage to get measured for a bra. I bought a plunge bra by accident the other week, I thought it was a normal one, I wore it for the last few days and when I put a normal one back on this morning, I looked down and they'd disappeared :rotfl: :rotfl: ...
...Have a lovely day everyone, I hope that there are some good losses shown tonight:j ...

Am i allowed to post a link to my site in here? ? ? I am a Level 3 personal trainer & nutrition advisor, and i have been working on a book for the past 6 months which is finished now. I have had success with hundreds of clients and i am very proud of my work.
There are so many fad diets out there and i have finally been able to put my tried and tested methods across on my site and in my book. If i am allowed to post the link i will do, if not, it is ok, just thought i would share with you guys and girls on here.0 -

Thanks guys, I am in dire need of those hugs today, not feeling very lovely Tiby! Haven't exactly figured out what it is yet, but have a sneaking suspicion I'm feeling v frustrated about work. Was made to reassess again yesterday and I know it is going to take me a lot longer still. I am so fed up of the financial insecurity and lack of independence, especially with OH still being a student and all the benefits changes that are happening soon. I know there are people out there worse off than me, it just gets too much sometimes, you know? Sorry for wibbling, trying not to eat my unhappiness! The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

hi guys still not heard from tescos. WI at boots this morning STS for me this week not surprising tho as i've been picking a bit in the last week. I need some sleep then perhaps I will focus properly at least it wasn't a gain which i had been dreading.
got to go to books for babies in a bit on the other side of town as its a nice sunny day think i'll walk, need the exercise, its about 2 miles each way which takes about 40mins each way so will hopefully do a bit of good. Got to have some lunch first though so i'll check in again later. xxxLife is like a box of chocs ..... i've got a soft centre but I ate the whole box.
