missyg thanks for the lovely reply to the photo issue:D very well put and writen it is true you would not expect to go into M&S....:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: thanks very much, much appreciated, I have decided what to do, one outfit, lovely red dress, never worn still with tags on, honesty, state very clearly at the beginning that I cannot stay longer than x time and will not even if they are delayed etc and will not be buying all the added extras due to time and due to not wanting to, I do hope I calm down enough to enjoy the pampering tomorrow:rotfl: :rotfl: :D

Suggs, I did the 21+21 workout and improved my score to 690 :p I wasn't feeling at my most energetic today so I should be able to throw a bit more effort at it next time and maybe hit 700  AND you've just moved the target up a notch to 856! Haha!

:p (yes, I ordered one and it arrived today. Naughty Missy).

I thought I was doing well with the results I was getting in the gym Well done you on your workout. I was pushing it today and I actually thought I would struggle ;)

and another naughty one, will you be assuming the position for me as well???

Hugs pixiedust and hope it goes better this week! Looks like you know what to do, and I don't know about anyone else but I'd rather have a gain and know why it happened (as you do), than an unexplained one!

Victory I hope you do enjoy tomorrow as you were looking forward to it so much to begin with! We'll be waiting to hear how it goes!

Mini stepper while cooking worked pretty well! The only thing was it made me taller than my usual saucepan-stirring height, so that felt weird :rotfl:

Suggs I think my home equipment is more generous with the calories as I mentioned before. Your results are really impressive, and when I said I wasn't at my most energetic I still pushed hard for that today, it wasn't like I was coasting! Which order do you do them in? I did bike first today and xtrain after and that seemed to work better than last time when I did it the other way around.

And yes, I deserve that punishment! *gets in line*
  • Hi there

    Hope everyone is doing ok.

Have missed SO much on here Ive about 10 pages of posts to catch up on. I think its safe to say this weekend was the weekend from hell at work. In the 19 years Ive been in this job Ive NEVER known a night shift like it. We all left totally shell shocked on Sunday morning lol

I hope everyone is having a good week, apologies for not catching up properly I HATE doing that.

Anyway this weeks weigh in was 1.5lbs not bad but the scales were toying with me. I weighed myself and it showed a 3lbs loss, literally 2 mins later by the time my mum had come into the room for the 'official' one it showed 1.5lb loss!!! So Im taking that as being right, much as it pains me lol

Thanks missyg, even if your equipment is generous, its still a fine result. The order I do things in would depend on the what is available in the gym, I would tend to go on the bike first if I have the chance, it will be good when the gym refurb is complete, so I can actually get back on a treadmill and try jogging again.

Funny image that you can step and cook at the same time, must make the stirring a strange action. And as for the punishment, what does madam have in mind??? :p

A quick hello from me, I haven't been online since early Sunday and looks like I won't be on as much as before for a while. Went to the docs today about a twinge in y wrist that has been getting worse and have been diagnosed with RSI, hopefully a couple of weeks or so and I should be on the mend but until then I'll be limiting my time on the PC at home because I have no choice at work.

Will post any weight loss or gain news tho!
