helloooo all! Slightly hyper as have had a glass of mulled apple juice. Sugar rush!!!!!!!

Have been doing christmas product tastings so red day for me today. And was forward thinking and bought mini mince pies instead of proper ones so feel better abut having just one.

Unsurprisingly a whopping 1kg gain today but i hope i can shift it again next week. Just need to keep telling myself day one, day one day one . . . .

bb, you're mil is evil. that is one of the nastiest things i have ever heard, and i used to have a v similar one. She had a truly awful pic of me which she insisted on displaying as 'it makes you look like you really are'. Think happy thoughts ( and bad ones that involve out of control lorries) and you'll get past her. I really hope you feel better today.

Bails, i am rofling ath the thought of Sol skateboarding in the bath. v cute! Also rofling at Victory going all gooey over Gok in Debenhams. Staying good for hte rest of the day, ven though I have to make cookies later - I've filled in the food diary and I have no syns left so i CAN'T have one today. Back to work now bye everyone.

oh, nearly forgot heroes season 2 has startede in the states, but not in the uk, if you do that naughty download thing you can get it that way.
