Peeps, thanks you all so much for your lovely lovely kind words and support re back and 'you know who.' I'll reply more fully later but am currently blissed out on extra large dose of new painkillers so drifted through meeting in a haze of "ooh I love you, you're my best mate you are" :rotfl: .
Catch up later when I can talk a little more coherantly...

PS Grannynise. I love you xxxI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
You wont guess
Hmmm no of course not... the photo of a sparkly new gym directly below isn't a giveaway at all :P Haha glad it's sorted. Hope you've found nothing untoward in the changing roomsAren't all cross trainers the "use your arms" type then?
I'm not looking, I'm not looking, I'm NOT looking at your cal burn numbers! My days of trying to challenge those are over!!!
Haha Grannynise, I too was thinking of similar comparisons for this awful woman who insulted our BB.
Aw Bails - cue all the old jokes about broken scales lol. If you're getting new ones make sure they are kind ones that give you a good result every week! Check the box for that brand new feature0 -

Thats exactley what I thought when I was first introduced to a cross trainer, 2 years ago, that does not use the arms, and now Im back to using the arms!! Im not complaining, it might help the bingo flaps, just need to get used to them. Isn't it always the way, you get a piece of equipment, you learn what angle to get the best results and how fast you can take it and what happens?? It gets replaced with something thats 'better' :rotfl:

Oh yes I also realised I made a mistake saying I had 4lb still to lose. My goal is to be 8.5 stone on Christmas morning and for some reason I kept thinking 8 stone 5lb instead of 8 stone 7lb!
At last weigh in I was therefore just 2¼lb away, but that amount would normally take me just over 3 weeks to lose. Will I do it in 18 days...?
*would insert Yes/No/Don't Know/Don't Care poll here if i knew how*
OMG I just realised you weigh the same as Ive lost!!0 -

I can't go to slimming club as a) I can't really afford £5.50 each week and b) I can't drag my 3 kids there with me, I would have to weigh in only so wouldn't get the benefit of my membership.
Anyway back to my question. I want to do the Weight Watchers points plan as I find it easiest to do but I don't know how many points I should be having on a daily basis.
I am 5' 3" and weigh 13st 1lb
I don't do any exercise - so no bonus points for me!!!
Can anyone tell me how many points I should have each day.
Thank you in advance
LM

Apologies if anyones already posted this but if they havent:
The points you get depends on a number of things:
Are you:
Female = Score 3
Male = Score 9
Are you a breastfeeding mother?
No = Score 0
Yes, breastfeeding exclusively = Score 10
Yes, supplementing breastfeeding with solid foods = Score 5
How old are you?
16 - 20 = Score 5
21 - 35 = Score 4
36 - 50 = Score 3
51 - 65 = Score 2
Over 65 = Score 1
How many stones do you weigh?
Ignore the lb, the number of stones is your score for this question. Someone who weights 12st 4lb will score 12
How tall are you?
Under 5ft 4ins = Score 1
5ft 4ins or above = Score 2
In your day to day life are you:
Sitting down most of the time = Score 0
Occasionally sitting, but mainly standing = Score 2
Walking most of the time = Score 4
Doing physically hard work most of the time = Score 6
Add all the sections together and thats your daily allowance.
