Guess who I saw today in Debenhams? Guess, oh go on guess:D ...GOK from 'how to good look good naked' channel 4 show, he was infront of me on the escalator and I said 'hello Gok' he turned around and smiled and then shame on me I said ' I love your show, I think the ladies are so brave at the end bearing all, I love your show, I love you' must remember to engage brain first:rotfl: :rotfl: he smiled again and then I said ' I have lost 5 1/2 stone this year' what has that got to do with anything I don't know to which he replied 'congratulations' and ran off clutching his red coat he had chosen for some lucky lady appearing on the show, oh the shame of me:rotfl: :rotfl:

I must admit I would have done anything for him to say 'would you like to appear on my next show?':D

  • Hi Peeps:j

I hope everyone is okay :j I've become so disorganised over the weekend and was unable to catch up with you all yesterday. I hope my photo didn't make anyone ill, I should have shrunk it some more as an act of kindness :o. Anyway, I have to take my mother to the Dr now, but I look forward to actually seeing some more of you peeps later and fully catch up with you all...

...but not before I've posted today's festive picture, which, as I was unable to come here yesterday is a double one :D ...

Welcome to the thread crystal fire, great to have you on board! I would agree, start now and also have a realistic plan for Christmas. After all, it is the most gluttonous time of year, so perhaps aim to maintain over the festive period? That way, you won't start your new wieght loss plan with even more weight to lose. If you can't afford the fee but still have the books, then why not skip the class and use us for the moral support side of things? We weigh in weekly (whatever day you started) and the chart is posted every Wednesday. There are always lots of people on hand with great advice or moral support.

Grannynice, I love your ideas for BB's MiL - maybe we could hold a joint witches trial off the pier BB? :rotfl:

Oh, Victory, you should've just asked, you never know he might have said yes! How was the hospital?

My scales have died on me - I don't think I'm too heavy for them ;) - so not a clue what's going on weight-wise at the mo. I do care, but not that much, you know? Get well first and then deal with that after. I think it might have something to do with Sol using them as a springboard to get into the bath :D He uses the bath like a skate ramp, it's hysterical; if I had a camcorder I'd put it on YouTube!

Congratulations on the loss missyg, it is a good one so close to goal. You may wish for the days when weight loss came in complete pounds but I bet you don't wish for the extra weight :D

Dragon, I'm so sorry to hear that too. Can you at least expect some improvements? Noticed you've started saving for a trip to Japan, what was the previous thing? *nosey!*

Hi missyg - the previous item was a Leatherman for OH (http://www.leatherman.com/products/tools/charge-TTi/default.asp)

    Improvements are not expected

haha wicked! I watched that prog for the first time the other week. It was pretty good! I love how you say the wierdest things when you meet someone famous. When i did my work experience i did one week at a hotel and guess who was staying there! Bill Oddie! I went up to him casually (him and his team were watching the world cup and it was some team versus sweeden and i said to him, "Is freddie ljungberg playing?" to which he replied "im not quite sure" ha. Then i practised some chambermaiding, and was clearing out his room. I saw his toothbrush and left on the side was this document that had about filming badgers in kent!

    Guess What??

    You wont guess

    No you wont!!
I have a New GYM and CHANGING ROOM Yippee!!!!!

After all the hassle of getting changed and using equipment in a meeting room, finding the changing room closed, and the gym closed for a day last week, all the messing around and lack of communication!!! Is it worth it?? not sure but everything is so nice and shiney and new and different  :rotfl:Bloomin cross trainer has changed, to one where you can use your arms, and the angle has altered slightly, so things will take time to get used to. Still Managed to knock out 21min cycle 428 cals and the X Trainer 21 mins incline 8-10 387 cals total 815cals. A little down, but not bad.

    Wanna look???

missyg, trust me your never to old and besides your younger and fitter than me :)
so yes you can be my cheerleader if you so wish, care to audition??? :rotfl:
