Mutter, grumble, whinge, mutter - blasted pain killers!
Ah well three pounds on this week - need to try and get back below 21 stone next week with Yule and the New Year celebrations coming up!
But I am going to stick with it otherwise I will resemble a fleet of double deckers before you can yell "Dragon want some cheese?"!!!!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Well done Marion, that's fantastic news! :j:T I know you've been struggling recently so I'm really pleased to see a positive result for all your hard work!
Dragon, I'm so sorry about the gain - I'm glad you've got a little sense of humour about it, which is hard at times like that. Ididn't know dragons liked cheese! Seriously though, I hope you can just roll with it for now and remember it won't always be like this.

Afternoon all! Dragon I am so sorry to hear about your pain, I didn't know you'd been in an accident (obviously I knew something was wrong, just didn't know what!) It sounds just terrible but thank goodness you're still around the tell the tale. Really hope you make a full recovery in good time.
Sorry to say MissyG that the damage is permanent - so crutches for life it is!
Good luck with the weigh in!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Bails - if I don't laugh about it I will end up as that miserable g*t that everyone mutters about in the pub (you know the mutters "Oh Goddess, don't sit on the table next to me - Pleeeeeaaaaassseeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!"), oh and this particular Dragon lurves cheese (except for walnut roule and blue stilton!)Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Hi Suggs - I'm afraid I don't know much about rugby
but GO YOU! Anything to report on this graph you were working on? I'll let the other ladies comment about the potential Christmas pressie as I know less about jewellery than I do about rugby! Hehe.
Trust me I dont know much about rugby either :rotfl:Graph wise, I definatley put on weight after playing rugby, why I dont know, but I doIm guessing different exercise and muscle building, but again I have no idea. So the obvious answer if to move my weigh in day to Friday or even Saturday before I play rugby and not the current Wednesday.
How did you get on missyg?
Dragon, double deckers?? you talking about that chocolate bar, thats crunchy to start with and chewy to finishSorry to hear about the gain, but you can do it

I needs hugs
. Been in agony all night and had to stand all night leaning on a chair. Feeling very fragile today. Been to dr for stronger painkillers (personally would like to be put into a coma for a month.) The good news is that I have been able to find a musulo-skeletal dr expert who does the nhs clinic (appointment April:eek: ) who sees private patients. We're well skint but I'll just have to dip into savings. Appointment for fri which seems a lifetime away but hoping painkillers will kick in soon.
Unfortunantely also have to see my un mother -in-law this afternoon and I don't feel I'm going to be quite as able as usual to turn the other cheek. Did I mention that recently she said to me " it's such a shame dear it's so hard for you to look attractive standing next to my other d-in- law..." .Perhaps I should eat some dementor proof choc before I go eh bails?:rotfl:
Anic - fab photo and looking forward to seeing less of you in the coming months.
Will write more in response to others when painkiller kick in more, assuming I'm not being charged for GBH of the dementor.
Suggs - I'll PM you later re SS ideas:D
katy k - yes put a little note in saying who its from (just katyk, not 'real name unless you want to)
bbI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Oh BB, that sounds truly awful! Sending you the biggest hug I can find :grouphug: And as for the back as well...
No seriously, that sounds excruciating, I really hope the painkillers kick in soon. Although it means dipping into your savings, you know that there's nothing more important than your health; I hope they can offer some answers.

I am so not brave enough to post pics on here, and there are very few anyway as I realy dislike having my photo taken. I haven't managed to find anyone on facebook yet but i suppose that means some of you will know what i look like eventually!
had a DREADFUL food day yesterday. OH put the puppydog eyes and begged for KFC. And you know what, I didn't actually enjoy it that much. I think I'm cured of that particular fetish. Off to fill in my food diary now to get myself back on the straight and narrow!
Started watching season 2 of heroes. squeal! For anyone who hasn't seen it i won't add any spoilers, but OH and I have been howling at the portrayal of the comedy irish. They practically say 'begorrah' at the end of every sentence and one of them veers into pure cockney at times. priceless
Loving the sound of BB's cranberry suede boots. . . . mmm boots.
KPC, Im on Facebook, hiding somewhereCare to share? Please Please do not ruin Heros for me, my older brother is downloading and watching it now. Where did you get your copy?? Would anyone want to be my cheerleader? :rotfl:
