Yeah - we're back - hopefully for good this time. :T
I had my weigh in at the doctor's yesterday and as I have had quite a busy month I wasn't expecting much but I managed to lose about 3 kilos so another six pounds off so needless to say I was delighted. :j
I came back to work desparate to post my results and the site was down. I tried again this morning only for it to go down again before I got a chance to post so hopefully it will be third time lucky and it will work this time.
I know this doesn't really fit in with the 2lb club or the monthly challenge as it is over a month and not a week so I also weighed myself in Boots which I shall do on a weekly basis so I can take part in both. According to their scales I was 100.3 kilos (15 st 11lb) so I'm quite happy to go with that - don't know what I would have done if they were way out.0 -
Thanks Victory, I was so chuffed.
I kept thinking of all the extra food I have had over the past month and convinced myself after the last weigh in that the weight had came off so easily that I would have put some of it back on but it just goes to show that being extra good in between has worked well.
I enjoyed my wee breaks and don't need to feel guilty any more.
Only another four pounds the that will be me have lost 2 stone - the motivation is back - and hopefully so is the willpower.0 -
Gah! Blinking site!
Weighed myself yesterday, and wanted to post my miserable gain, but site was down.
I'm now back up to 228.0 lbs  Why does this happen? It seems like I always lose alot, then gain the week after. Two steps forward, one back.
Suggs-Maybe the mods hadn't spotted the sig link before, or they are tightening up cos it may have something to do with the crashes??

Sorry you are so frustrated Raphael. I feel stumped for anything helpful to say tonight, but I'm sure others will have some ideas soon.
