:rotfl: at all the syncing going on! Suggs, congrats on your loss! Who is the biggest "loser" on this thread, is it you?

Emmalis, 5lb loss!!! :faints: :gets up again: That is incredible, well done! What happened last week doesn't count this week so it IS still a brilliant loss for you! So sorry about the coat traumas though, that's very naughty that it was showing in stock when it obviously wasn't. I do hope when it finally arrives that it's your dream coat :D

I love the idea of catalogue/web shopping for clothes but I gave that up ages ago, it takes me too many 'goes' to find the perfect item. I struggle with the whole sizes lottery too, even within the same store. I either cycle into town (12 miles round trip) or park on the outskirts where it's free and walk in. I can't say I enjoy traipsing around trying endless stuff on, but at least when it's done, it's done :)

I mentioned this a while back but we have had a few new people since then so I thought it might be worth repeating.

Every morning from 08:00 - 10:00 on Life One, Sky Channel 197 is the fitness zone, four half hour workouts. They have all sorts of workouts like yoga, boxing, pilates, even belly dancing and the New York ballet workout!

I've been recording these and doing some of them instead of my usual dvd's, alongside my other fitness stuff. Nice bit of variety :)

I understand these are being shown from now until the end of January.

Thanks missyg, I think 'loser' is the correct term.

Well done Cheery Daff and Emmalis, hope you're both very happy!

I'm over the moon cos that 1st stone has finally gone!! I was so excited when I got home I had to phone my mum straight away. She's trying to lose some weight too not just for my sisters wedding but she's going to america in june to stay with some friends and she wants to lose 3 stone before then. She was so happy and inspired she went straight out into her gym!!

I can finally say 1 stone gone 4 more to go then I too might be a size 8 for my 30th in 18mths time.

Onto the next goal now - 1 1/2 by christmas - 7lbs to go till I get there. Think thats quite an achievable target any more will be a bonus but i will be so disappointed if i don't get there.

  • Hi everyone,

Wow, there's some fantastic losses on this week. I'm just popping on to report a maintain at my WW class on monday night. Problems with the servers etc. meant I couldn't and couldn't be bothered earlier.

Suggs I saw this smilie and couldn't resist it

    - I take it you've gotten over your little hissy fit? Well done on your 1lb off this week. It seems that all of our "target" members have decided to lose a little more. If you guys aren't careful I might just take you off the priviledged part of this weeks chart and put you back with the rest of us.6kjn029.gif

Of course a huge CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who's lost this week - keep up the good work!

Sorry, gotta go. DS is home from creche today and making a huge mess with his lunch whilst I type.

Be back later on with the chart.
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.
