hi,
i was just wondering if i can join this weight loss group you have here, or am i out of timing?
Really need motivation from somewhere, i went shopping in the week and felt the same feelings i had when i was 16 and i was so disgusted with my self that i seem to have gone backwards after all the hard work i did those years ago.
sorry for being a bit morbid there!0 -
Mrs A came out of theatre yesterday after having a plate and two screws inserted into her ankle. All indications are that teh operation went as well as these things can. She's being bullied by me into taking things as easy as possible for the week - ie a week of catching up on old recorded TV and film. I only wish I could take half of the inconvenience from her for a couple of months.0

Lol! Only thing I've ever bought a short skirt for is fancy dress... And even then I think I bottled out and changed it last minute!
Busily avoiding writing my essay at the moment, I hate deadlines. For some reason, if I've got ages to get work done in, I do it really really quickly, but if it's a short time, I just can't find any enthusiasm! Grr!!**"Cheer up, it could get worse" - I cheered up, and look, it got worse!**0 -

You'll be pleasantly surprised at the wealth of knowledge available here. If you do nothing else, then please regularly check beck in the next few days.0 -
