Hey i have sent off my 4th bill as required but as yet heard nothing from CPW, do you think i should resend the photocopies i took, or sit tight?
its been 10 days so far, maybe i am unduly concerned...
I did manage to get £60 through quidco (now been paid) and the first months bill had a deduction of £5 from virgin. Is it wishful thinking that i will also get the £90?! heres hoping so!
(i went for the 150/150 text/mins at £15/month)0 -
Hello all
I signed up on 1st April and have received a bill today totalling £10 (£5 credit applied). I have to send back the 6th bill. Will the 6th bill be in September? Will I have to contact Virgin in August to cancel?
Thanks0 -
My first deal has come to an end. Anyone had any luck with retentions or tried them at all?0

It is not rocket science (!) - the 6th bill is the sixth bill you receive !
If the first one is dated early April then logically the 6th bill will be dated early September. Why not write a big 1 on the first bill, a 2 on the second and you will know which is which.....
If your contract started on 1st April then the contract ends 6 months later (1st October) if you want to give them a full month's notice then contact Virgin at the beginning of September although Virgin don't seem too bothered about a 30 days notice period.....Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0
