auction hasn't finished yet.0 -
Ah yes your right Flo, still it's strange that he is bidding on another phone with a damaged screen!0

If the box is not broken tell him your not able to take responsibility as you packed it well and will return the phone to him, tell him to take up his complaint with the postal service.Of course you will get negative feedback but you will still have your £££££'s.0

If he is buying good and damaged phones and swapping parts around, he could also be changing the IMEI numbers. I'm just throwing this in as a possibilty, it's illegal to do this, but still can be done.
Is there any other clue as to whether this really was the phone you sent?0 -

Probably bought more undamaged phones either on this ebay account or another and is getting ready to rip off someone else.0 -
Did you have pictures on your auction? If so, there is your proof it wasn't damaged? If I am wrong, someone correct me.0

It wouldn't prove a thing, I could take a photo of my phone just now, throw it against the wall, watch it crack open then sell it with the pic of it in good condition.
I don't see why anyone would do that so the other option is obviously a photo of a mate's good condition phone.Bought, not Brought0 -
this is an interesting issue and i wonder how paypal will see this given the packaging isnt damaged0

Have you actually looked at the IEMI number that is displayed on the phone ?
To do this type *# 06 # on the phone keypad and the iemi number will appear, then match this against what TMobile have on record0
