You do realise this is a different person replying, right? I was just highlighting how silly the 'don't reply to my posts or I'll report you' post was.

No I didnt, apoglogies. But my original post still counts, I’m too long in the tooth to argue with folk online. He went on to another post and started commenting on that too, feeling the need to report me for having a signature that mentions referrals :whistle:

For the last time, stop trying to goad me. I called them on the Thursday after receiving the letter. I explained the reason for my complaint, I pointed out during the call I didnt receive a text she then mentioned that they werent working (my complaint WAS NOT about this). In my conversation I did say that I apprecaiate they werent a given and were a not a feature you could rely on, but how was I to know if they arent working as I wasn!!!8217;t expecting a text as it was cancelled.

You really do like to twist what people say to try and belittle them

Please look at who actually posted the comment you have replied to. The user who posted that comment was Ashen, not me!

And your apology to me is where, exactly?

And yet you do it anyway.

Shock, horror, a forum user happened to read two threads that you had too! And what's more had the audacity to post in them too! Whatever is the world coming to?

And yes, I did report you, because you have broken the forum rules and when this was politely pointed out to you by somebody else, and a reasonable request was made that you edit your signature, you refused to do so. You were given the option of correcting the error yourself, but you didn't. Your choice, for which there are consequences.

I have not been rude to you, in either this post, or previously, but you have been rude to me.

Yes, basically I decided to pay via debit card, as I moved all of my money out of TSB due to the problems I’ve had. I admit I could have done it earlier, but that’s kind of obvious by the fact I cancelled it so late. I genuinely did not know you had to cancel a DD days in advance because contrary to popular belief I do manage my accounts well. Previously (many years ago) I have contacted banks on the same day and they have recalled the direct debit, but not sure if they would do that now.

Thankfully TSB have been helpful on this occasion
Well you normally only need to do it one working day in advance. Some banks point this out on the confirmation screen when you try to cancel a direct debit.

Well they didn’t in the app. It just cancelled the direct debit

    Really? In this thread too?

I guess it makes a change from the usual spam that you post.

He has this habit of replying to a post so you read it, then gong back in 20 minutes later and adding more to it.

    He is boring

Are you referring to me, you little charmer?

If so, then you are wrong. I often re-edit to correct typing errors, but only occasionally add to posts. Some people would consider adding to a post to improve the quality of information and the clarity of it as a positive thing. You might try correcting some of your errors sometime too!
