Do you ever read the DD guaranteeYou can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify the organisation.
So every DD you have has the same point regarding cancelling in that you may need to confirm the cancellation.0 -

I still have no access to my TSB account but the second response letter from TSB has arrived, I honestly did not think the issues would go on this long.0

Got locked out of my account on Sunday tried to get through to TSB internet division since and waiting on the end of phone for them to answer before getting fed up and putting phone down.How long have other people taken to get through?0
