MSE News: TSB customers STILL unable to use online banking after weekend upgrade
Comments

Received a scary text from TSB this morning telling me my standing order could not be paid as I was overdrawn and I should pay money in today to avoid fees.
Logged into internet banking and my balance was as it should be and had more than enough to cover my standing order but it had not been sent.
Phoned up and was told there was an issue with standing orders but they would be paid later today and I should do nothing. Lucky I phoned up as I almost made the payment manually and if I had done that I would have gone overdrawn when it was sent again automatically. Of course the account that should have received the money is currently light.
This standing order previous to this had been running for years with no problems. How long have they had to sort this nonsense out already? Idiots.0 -
Anyone having problems doing transfers between their own TSB accounts (eg savings to current)? Since Friday, every time I try, I get the message 'registered service not found'.
(I know it can be done through the telephone service, but that takes far longer, and I'm not great on phones anyway due to health/disability)DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -
Good to know we are not alone. My husband can't get into his accounts either. Our son and daughter can though.
Same. I wasn't really affected by the major outage, but couldn't get any of the payees in my app at the weekend. Had to login to IB. Think they have also diddled me some of my cashback. Fingerprint login still not working.
Given my cashback offer ends next month, I'm going to migrate my account to somewhere else. Just had enough of things not working properly.0 -
TSB have posted on their Facebook account that Internet Banking is working now. But it still isn't for me or my husband.0

Grr.
We are sorry. An error appears trying to load the resume of your account. Please try again.
Overlooking the fact that it should read:
We are sorry. An error occurred while trying to load your account summary. Please try again.
It is frustrating it has still not been fixed after all this time. :-(0 -
Getting really fed up now. Was sorting out my finances today and tried to transfer money between 2 of my accounts. It was disallowed and I got a message about issues with lost and stolen cards and I had to phone them. When I got through, they had no idea why that message came up and transferred it for me. Later I was paying off extra money into the mortgage and I got a message saying it was unsuccessful. So i tried again- same message but underneath that it said that the transaction might go through and to keep an eye on the account. So not sure now if there will be 2 payments to the mortgage.
I was willing to let it go at the beginning but now every time I go on to internet banking I am never sure if I am going to do what I want to. Am off to look at recommended banks nowweight loss target 23lbs/49lb0 -
