MSE News: TSB customers STILL unable to use online banking after weekend upgrade

    Got locked out of my account on Sunday tried to get through to TSB internet division since and waiting on the end of phone for them to answer before getting fed up and putting phone down.How long have other people taken to get through?

    Nearly an hour yesterday.

    Phoned Credit Card helpline on Sunday morning. Got through in 10 minutes. Asked about cashback error and was told that they were aware of the problem and further cashback payments should be through in the next week.

    Yes, it doesn't work. My details are not recognised. I've now received a second letter from TSB apologising and saying bear with us. Seems like I'm not alone. Some of us have access and some of us have been waiting since the upgrade.

    Exact same issue for me, in fact it's been many weeks since I have been able to access my account and having failed to get through to their call centre I'm left playing the waiting game.

    Good to know we are not alone. My husband can't get into his accounts either. Our son and daughter can though.

    My balance was £34 due on 1st June they have now taken it 6 timesfrom my cutrent account credited it back 3 timesi live near a branch so went in very apologetic but cant do anything very very annoying:(

    They took my last payment 5 times & credited 4 times.
    You could not make it up :(
