    Do you already have an alternative bank account and card to use as there is not a lot you can actually do except remove most of your funds from the current account, stop using the credit card and just wait for them to sort it out.

    Has anyone went to the FOS as of yet, if so what outcome are you seeking?

    Yes, I waited 8 weeks and not wanting to risk having to wait much longer to hear back from TSB, I went to the FOS a couple of weekends ago. I received an initial response saying they'd get back to me within the next 4 weeks. All I'm asking for is a refund of call charges for unanswered calls and a small guesture of goodwill for the inconvenience of having no access to credit card statements and, of course, their lack of response to my complaint.

    The page layout is not right, blue header background missing, the right hand side boxes are missing so just open text and hyperlinks are not right - the cursor does not change when hovering over them. All is correct on the individual account pages though so unlikely to be a computer issue. Same in Firefox, IE and Edge.


    edit: Now working OK in Firefox but not in IE.


    edit again: No it is not !
