MSE News: TSB customers STILL unable to use online banking after weekend upgrade

Bumped into someone from my local TSB tonight and she said to check my inbox on my account as it was showing 0 messages for everyone but some people had 4 or 5 messages.
Ha I have exactly the opposite to you.....shows I have a message but nothing there what a complete & utter fiasco.
I have put both our TSB credit cards away in a drawer & will not be using any of our TSB accounts again.0 -
Anyone know when rewards are due to be paid this month? In May I received them on the 21st, June the 8th and so far this month I have not received anything.
I have looked at the T&C's:
1.1 For accounts opened on or after 8 January 2018, cashback is paid on debit card transactions and Direct Debits up to and including 31 December 2018, unless we tell you otherwise.
1.2 For accounts opened between 1 March 2017 and 7 January 2018, cashback is paid on debit card transactions and Direct Debits up to and including 30 June 2018, unless we tell you otherwise.
1.3 Cashback will be paid during the next calendar month (for example, payments made in January 2018, cashback will be paid in February 2018).
Although I fall under 1.2, 1.3 states I should be paid June's in this month?0 -

I no longer get the rewards (the point at which I was looking to leave was the point at which the IT downgrade happened and they jacked the interest up to 5%). But I tended to get them around the 20th of each month when I did.0 -

I did today as well, although something like 6 or 7 weeks after my complaint so I guess they've just sent out a batch
They didn't manage to get either my name or my address correct :huh:0 -

Can get in via website fine, but app just keep saying oops somethings gone wrong.

Same here, I got an SMS the other day telling me to make sure I updated. The icon had disappeared off the home screen so has most likely been auto updated but, as you say, the app don't work ! I have had the "something went wrong" and also the circle just going round then back to the log in screen. This time got to the password screen, entered and got "something went wrong".
Still not doing very well are they, must be the most incompetent IT dept in the banking industry at the moment.
Ive just updated just in case and now its just frozen on the login screen, previously i got to the password bit but now cant get that far.0 -
I've just tried without updating, couldn't get passed login screen.
Did the update & it let me enter login details, then gives the 'Something went wrong message'
Not having much success are they:(0 -
