I have just signed up for the £15 a month deal as I don't feel the £7.50 would be enough for me. I did it through quidco and have never used it before. It took me to 3's website where I did my order, is that right? The prize it gave was £15, but was 30 before, so I hope I am getting the £30 deal and not just the normal £15 package, if that makes sense lol:j £2 coins = £2.00 :j0

Is anyone else having trouble accessing their My3 account.
They sent out a password to me on my laptop but it is all in some weird Chinese writing.
Is there any way of correcting this or is it something to do with my laptop?
I would really like to look at my3 account to check my usage etc.
Thanks for your help.0 -
Is it worth cancelling my VM home broadband and going for 3 Mobile Broadband 5GB Promotion at £7.50 a month?

Really depends on the volume of data you are likely to download as I understand that 3 charges for going over the limt are very high. There is an article about this on the main site.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

The mobile broadbands speeds and reliability are no where near as good as fixed landline, so unless you only need the internet for a short period of time each day (an hour or so) then it's fine. If you tend to download, watch things online (iplayer, 4on demand etc,) then this isn't the way forward. The speeds of mobile broadband from three will remind you of the old 56k modem days. So if you can live with that, then it'll be okay.
The connection speed and strength depend on where you are, and the three coverage map is very misleading as your house etc make all the difference also. But you can test it for up to 3 days and return it if it's offering a poor service (not sure if that only applies to online sales though).0 -

I'm having the same problem....
When I try to register on my3, it says it will send a text message with the password to my sim. This isn't very handy as the sim is in a dongle rather than a mobile phone!
And as someone else said, they have sent a message which is visible on the computer, but it's in a chinese font!
Can anyone please help?0 -
I've been thinking about buying one of these for a long while now. This really is a great deal.
If you have a 3 mobile it's even better with a 50% discount on top of the 7.50 deal. Making it 3.75 per month. Now that really is a deal.0 -
How can I get this offer via QUIDCO?0

I had the same problem and was directed by their technical support to download the latest PC software:
http://www.three.co.uk/E160update
note the Capital 'E'
This will uninstall your existing '3Connect' software and install the latest version. This fixed the problem for me, your existing sms messages in the application will be lost so you'll have to navigate to the forgot my password area of the app/website and then you'll be sent your password in a readable format.0 -
