Sister in law can bog off. Are you not a grown woman who can and has made a million decisions about the sodding house and your hubby.

Glad you are feeling better and got the windows sorted. XNevertheless she persisted.7 -
Yes Buffy she does nothing to help with Mr SA just criticises what we do. He rings her every day but doubt she’d ring him so often if he didn’t. It has nothing to do with her what we pay for things 😡Despite not feeling 100% have done a bit of yoga tonight only 15 minutes back stretch but felt good. Appetite still not great but enjoyed veggie sausage and sweet potato tonight so getting there. Plus I can watch food programmes/adverts without heaving which is a step forward 👍I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8

Morning all 😎
Mr M order coming this morning, nothing missing or substituted. Can finally give back the carrier bags, can send back no more than 100 at a time so it might take a few weeks to get down the pile. Sick of seeing them in my cupboard under the stairs.
Busy day ahead at work in meetings most of the day so today will fly by.
Have a good one x

Your local foodbank will be crying out for carrier bags. 😊

Glad to see you're feeling better - whatever it was, it sounded truly grim and horrible. (I'm catching up, sorry).
We have a 1930s house too and having the 'right' windows has more than paid off. They've been no trouble at all in 25 years (so probably due for replacement) but the house is so much snugger than when we came here.
Beanie, that's a great idea about the food bank.

Never thought about foodbanks needing carrier bags. They certainly don't make it easy to donate to foodbanks where I live, there's only one at a church, a fair walk from my house and they only take donations for an hour once a week! None of the local shops have foodbank boxes to put donations in either. It has been commented on local FB groups how hard it is to donate to foodbanks in this area as they all seem to be inner city/city centre or miles away if you don't have a car. It was easy when I was physically at work as we had a foodbank cupboard and every so often someone would take the contents to the inner city foodbank we used to support.
I'm still not 100% but getting there. I think it's all connected to the cold I had last week, my immune system must be low. Unbelievably Mr SA has been fine and not picked up anything from me. The time leading up to the holiday was extremely stressful and I remember thinking it was going to make me ill at some stage so it could be caused by stress.

Pretty much the same here. SA. Difficult to donate because of the hours the food banks are open. We've been getting deliveries and have loads of bags as well. I've been wondering what we could do with them. What a good idea. Might be a while before we can get back but I'll save them all up.
Glad you're feeling a bit better. All that stress has probably contributed to you feeling poorly. Make sure you take care of yourself and enjoy your meet up with your friend.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.7
