I'm trying to decide whether to use them and calorie count or go back and do either SW or WW online to lose this flaming weight. It's funny though who you come across on the pinch of nom page,I posted the other day and my sister answered me,I had no idea she was on there, she has just lost a stone with WW using pinch of nom recipes. I was going to buy the cook books but I think you can find most of their recipes on their website, I do like a nice journal though 😀
Happy scrubbing when your scrubber turns up, I have to say though that from working as a cleaner I found getting on my hands and knees better because you put your whole body behind the brush,I used a kneeling pad from the garden but did end up with a case of housemaids knee once 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1205 -
Yes in theory you could do that OBL, they do encourage you to eat healthily but ultimately it's down to you how you use your points. I eat very healthily and feel rubbish if I eat unhealthy food.
While I'm on a roll getting round to stuff I've been putting off, I've got a window company coming out on Monday to give a quote on a new front door and two front bay windows. I've been dithering as I suspect I haven't got enough saved up but if I don't find out the price I'll never know, it won't be the end of the world if I have to wait until next year. The company are a local company and highly recommended by someone I work with who is ultra fussy. Also next door came round and he's got a roofer coming out to him to do a repair and he's asked them to pop to us to replace a few tiles that got broken in the recent storms. I feel for the roofer as this is what Mr SA used to do, he put our roof on and he's so precious about it, he'll be out there watching their every move.

Spent an hour after work scrubbing the kitchen and dining room floors, OMG the difference 😱 They look like new floors. Still need to do the hall and bathroom. It was hard work, got a proper sweat on, but well worth the effort. Keep admiring the floors now 🤣 The scrubbing brush on a stick is brilliant 👍 Just shows you, there’s no substitute for a bit of good old fashioned elbow grease. Need to do this on a monthly basis though so it doesn’t get like this again.Have earned my gin tonight 🍹I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

Morning all 😎
Beautiful sunny morning here ☀️ Unfortunately don’t feel too good today, have had bad pains in my stomach and feel sick. I think it’s the bag of curry flavour crisps Mr SA and I shared last night. I keep getting the taste of them in my mouth and despite washing my hands several times they still smell of curry. I’m not usually like this with spicy food but the crisps were very strong flavoured. I hate feeling like this ugh 🤢I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -

Thanks Beanie.Still feel terrible, can’t face anything to eat or even look at food. Trying to drink plenty of water. I hate it that it’s such a lovely sunny day and I don’t feel like doing anything. I hate wasting days, hopefully it’s just a 24 hour thing. I’m just sleeping and laying down. Stomach is still sore and still feel sick 🤢I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3
