Contented pooch relaxing…..it’s a dogs life. 😂😂
It must be very nice to go away in January to somewhere nice and hot…but April isn’t too long to wait. Bet Mr SA will be giving you his holiday list before you know it 👍
Tea sounded lovely. I love chestnuts.January spends - £587.583 -

The hotpot is cooking as I write. I hope I like it as there’s a lot of it.Took the dog for a run on the park this morning then after lunch Mr SA went for his nap. By the time he’d got up I’d completely packed Christmas away 🤣 It doesn’t look too bare as I have the twig tree and fairy lights up all year round.I keep thinking it’s Monday I don’t know why. Can’t believe it’s nearly time to go back to work 😭
Didn’t spend anything today so can declare NSD 1.
Tomorrow I’m going to Lidl for a weighted hula hoop. I’ve been thinking about getting one for ages but didn’t want to spend a lot in case I didn’t take to it. WW have started a Monday night live hula hoop class on their app recently. Not hula hooped for years what could possibly go wrong 😆
I’ve also signed up to a free live yoga class via my Feel Better app (Deliciously Ella) tomorrow night. Hope you don’t have to go on camera as my flexibility isn’t great. I want to do more yoga/Pilates this year, I tend to go for cardio/dance/jumping about type classes and generally find yoga quite boring and slow - but I need it for flexibility and calm 🧘♀️I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
I'm on the look-out for a gentle 50+ everyday stretching routine online. I already have arthritis in my hands & I think keeping my body flexible will be really important going forwards. I haven't done my usual gardening or walks recently & have noticed how stiff I feel in my joints when I get up. One of my calf muscles has also tightened up, so I'm looking forward to beginning each day with a 10-min stretching session if I can find one I like.

The hotpot sounds nice but I am seriously allergic to chestnuts so would have to leave them out 😟 DD had a hula hoop and I just couldn't get the hang of it. It was a laugh trying though 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1203

Morning happy Monday.
Last day off work today 😞
This morning I’ll be off in search of the hula hoop IF Lidl have got it in stock. The one I go to hardly ever has the special buys they advertise. It’s a good walk there and back so at least I know I’ve done at least 10,000 steps. If Mr SA comes with me it will be a good walk for the dog too.
Other exercise will be joining the live WW walk at 8am and the live yoga session later today, 5pm I think.I need to give the house a good clean ready for going back to work plus a load of laundry.Tonight’s dinner is leftover veg curry from Saturday. The chestnut hotpot was nice but I don’t think I’d make it again. It had cider in it which gave it a nice fresh apple taste but otherwise it was a bit too bland for me, I like really spicy food. I have a couple of portions left so will have them for work lunches this week.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
Could you add some chilli to the recipe?3
