    You have reminded me that we have not been to our local for their burger night for a while. Might go next week. We still have some vouchers left so it will be near enough a free meal 😃

    I think the drinks bumped up the bill a bit as a pint is £4 and a glass of wine £7. You can’t afford to get drunk in there that’s a fact 🤣 I think the idea is to keep the riffraff out but in doing that they are losing local customers. It’s a shame because it’s a lovely pub. We went there for NYE night about 4 years ago and it was empty, I don’t know how they keep going. 
    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
