It is so sad about the boys. Just shows how dangerous cold water is 😳January spends - £587.583

Yes so sad about the children. Hopefully the 4th boy will pull through.
So sad at any time of year but in the run up to Christmas it is devastating for their families.3 -
Awful for the poor families, but also for those who saw it unfold and those who tried to rescue them. The kind of thing you never forget. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

I can't get my head round the fact that the youngest is 6, what on earth was he doing out without adults but just in the company of other children. My eldest grandson is 6 and there is no way he would be allowed out without and adultOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1203

Morning happy Tuesday, another freezing cold one 🥶
Is it just me or is anyone else having to log in every time to get back into the forum? What a pain!Day off work today 🥳 I’m having my nails done later and I need to pick up a few things locally but other than that I plan to spend the day catching up on things. The original plan was to go to a local garden centre to look at Christmas things but as it’s so cold and Mr SA is unwell that’s not happening. I have a bums & tums class at lunchtime and a resistance bands class tonight. The dog will need a good run on the park too.Mr M delivery has been and packed away. No missing items or subs. This time next week it will be the Christmas order! I’m saving the £38 off voucher for that one although I’ll be picking up a lot of things in store to make sure I get them.Tonight’s dinner is leftover veggie cottage pie with cauliflower mash. It’s 3 years ago today I was hit by the car on the way to work, broke my leg and split my head open. Thankfully no lasting damage from that accident unlike the scooter one. I still shudder when I cross the road where it happened and always double check there are definitely no cars coming.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Enjoy your day off SA , three years it has gone fast .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.2
